What’s in it: Tequila or mezcal, melon-orange liqueur, fresh avocado, lime and hibiscus salt.

Why we picked it: It sounds unusual, which is part of the fun, but the avocado gives the margarita a creamy texture rather than making it taste like guacamole. Lime and hibiscus salt keep it bright and balanced.

🔄 Try Instead: Bloody Mary. If tequila is not your thing, ask about a savory, spicy Bloody Mary when available. This is one of our personal Mexico-pavilion favorites.
