As all our items are custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partners, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Production Issues

If you receive an item with print/production errors (such as):

  • Incorrect print placement
  • Double printing
  • Missing design elements
  • Print quality issues
  • Manufacturing defects

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery 

Email whippiesstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the production issue
  • Brief description of what's incorrect • We'll begin processing your claim immediately and work with our print partners to resolve the issue • Once approved, you'll receive either:
  • A replacement item
  • Full refund to the original payment method

Refund Process

• Claims are processed as quickly as possible through our print partners • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method  • Bank processing time may vary (typically 3-5 business days)  • We'll keep you updated on the status of your claim throughout the process  • If you haven't received any updates within 5 business days, please contact us.

What's Not Covered

• Change of mind • Incorrect size selection • Color variations (slight differences may occur due to monitor settings) • Orders not reported within 5 days of delivery • Normal wear and tear
